Pastor Earle returned to Trinity Assembly in 2001 after initially founding this local church in 1970. Pastor Earle and his wife, Carol, have served in ministry for over 35 years. The Earles have 4 grown children. Ask them about their grandchildren! Pastor Earle’s sermon’s and teachings make the timeless Biblical truths relevant to today’s world. Pastor Earle emphasizes fulfilling the Great Commission through Missions and has led multiple short-term missions construction trips to several countries. Pastor has a heart for children and youth, and his vision to reach teens is coming to fruition in the Youth Center, and young people are encouraged and provided opportunities to develop their talents.
Carol has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in special education from Evangel University, Springfield, MO. Carol has taught kindergarten, special education and substituted in the various school districts where she’s lived. She has been the director of Sonshine for 10 years.
Carol as well as all the staff keep current by attending 18 plus hours of additional workshops/seminars yearly. “I think I have the best staff caring for and teaching little children that one would find anywhere! It’s a privilege to work with such a dedicated, creative, and fun group of people!”

Jen joined Trinity’s Pastoral staff in 2010, and is a graduate of the Assemblies of God Northern New England Master’s Commission (in addition to a BA degree from UNH). Jen’s passion is to see youth grow spiritually, and apply the Wisdom of Biblical principals that will guide teens through the so-important teen years. Jen has developed and leads the very active Renewed youth group, which meets Friday evenings. Jen has a gift to make all feel included. Jen leads several Youth events, Youth Convention, Retreats, Summer Camps, and more, and also works with the Bible Quiz teams, our annual Vacation Bible School (VBS) and other outreaches.
Jen is a Trinity Assembly and Derry, NH native. Jen’s favorite sports team is the Pittsburgh Steelers.
‘Doe’ is the pleasant voice one often hears upon calling or visiting Trinity during the week. Doe, along with her husband, Rev. Charles (Chick) Holt is a long-time member of Trinity and resides in Derry. Doris is the mother of three adult girls.
Sandra has served as Trinity’s bookkeeper since 2007. Sandra resides with her husband, John, head of Maintenance, in Londonderry, NH.
